Out of these 20 Thai dishes, we will sample from 50 restaurants per dish, totaling 1,000 restaurants.
We have identified 84 restaurants that have received preliminary endorsements for their exceptional taste across 7 types of dishes. These establishments have been selected to compete in the program “THE SPOON”
(1 SPOON).
One winner from each week’s competition in each dish category will be named CHAMP OF THE WEEK (2 SPOONS).
Among the 21 weekly champions, only one restaurant per dish category will be crowned the winner of the season and recognized as the Ultimate Restaurant of the Year by “THE SPOON”
(3 SPOONS).
